The RENTCAR7 team will make every effort in good faith to protect your rights. Rentcar7 will forward your car reservation to the rental car provider. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the car rental company. When renting a car, the terms and conditions of the car rental company will apply as well as our terms. Please read the terms and conditions of the car rental company carefully. You can pick up the car at pick-up or online.

By booking with Rentcar7, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Requires the following considerations for all car rental companies

VALID DRIVE LICENSE
CREDIT CARD OR BANK CARD UNDER THE NAME OF THE DRIVER FOR DEPOSIT

After completing your reservation you will receive a coupon email with details. You can also see your reservation in the app. RENTCAR7 will forward your car reservation to the rental car provider. RENTCAR7's service is to make a car rental reservation on your behalf. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the car rental company. Please read the terms and conditions of the car rental company carefully. In case of reservation changes, the rentcar7 team will contact you via e-mail and telephone. Please enter your contact information correctly. RENTCAR7 will not accept any responsibility if the customer does not provide correct contact information or does not respond to e-mails and phone calls.

Child/baby seat

We can add child and baby seats to your reservation upon your request. If you want to rent a child/baby seat, please email us. Alternatively, you can rent a child/baby seat from the extras.

Please check the Free Included section to find out what's included in your rental price. Additional services, overtime, under age fees, fuel and one way rental charges may not be included in the price and are paid locally to the car rental company.

As RENTCAR7, we offer you our partnership with many car rental companies. You will not have to worry about finding customers to rent your car. The RENTCAR7 Team will assist you in these processes.

You can see what's included in the price in the Free Included section. Coverage may vary by car rental company, vehicle class and location.

Unlimited Kilometers / Kilometers

You can use the car at any km you want, you can check the KM prices and add extra KM.

Crash Damage Waiver CDW/Lost Damage Waiver LDW/Damage Liability Fee DLF

All of these terms are related to the guarantee provided by the car rental company. Accidental Damage Waiver reduces the tenant's liability to more than the total cost of the damage. CDW will not apply if the tenant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. CDW covers liability for damage to the vehicle or its parts. Windshields, tires, underbody, spare locks, spare keys and towing charges may not be covered by CDW. CDW coverage may differ by car rental company. Please check the vehicle upon delivery. You can purchase a full protection plan. Protection purchased coverage for accidental damages. It does not cover scratches and damages that occur when the tenant is not in the vehicle and the vehicle is in park position. All damages must be claimed by e-mail immediately after the incident with a description of the accident, clear photos of the damage, invoices from the car rental company, police report, rental agreement, driver's license photo, card statement showing the expenses. The protection plan is valid only for the tenant, the vehicle class and the dates booked. If you extend your rental period or upgrade the vehicle, you must inform us on the pick-up date to change your protection plan. If you do not do this, the protection plan will not be valid. The protection plan purchased has coverage of up to 500 euro and is secondary to the insurance you have. You will have 10 days to file a claim after the accident. To change your protection plan, you must inform us on the pick-up date. If you do not do this, the protection plan will not be valid. Anti-Theft Protection

Theft Protection greatly reduces the tenant's liability in the event of theft or damage to the vehicle caused by theft or attempted theft. Theft Protection conditions may differ depending on the car rental company. Please check the vehicle upon delivery.

Additional Liability Insurance

Additional Liability Insurance provides coverage against third party claims covered by the policy, whether for bodily injury or property damage as a result of an accident. Additional Liability Insurance terms may vary depending on the car rental company. Please check the vehicle upon delivery.

Free Changes

Free changes mean you can change your booking dates for free.

Optional Services

Optional services such as Highway Pass, Fuel Charges sold at the box office are determined by the car rental company. If you have any questions about additional services, please contact the car rental company. Optional services are charged/refunded by car rental companies. We cannot accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of documents signed and accepted at the car rental company counter.

Some car rental companies in Europe charge an out-of-hours fee if you pick up after closing time. It will be paid at the box office. You can contact us or the car rental company for information.

All car rental companies charge a one-way fee if you choose to drop off at a different location. Please check the Free Included section to find out if the one-way fare is included in the price. If the one-way fare is included in the price, you will not be charged at the counter. If the one-way fare does not appear in the Free Included section, the car rental company may charge you at the counter. There is a drop fee in some destinations of Antalya. You can get detailed information by contacting us or the car rental company.

Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25. You can find detailed information about the fees under 25 years old by clicking here in our blog post. Please check the Free Included section to see if the under 25 rate is included in the price. If the under 25 fee is included in the price, you will not be charged extra. The car rental company may charge you at the counter if the Under 25 charge is not included in Included or Free. In some countries there is no under 25 years old. Please check before booking.

Deposit

Car rental companies take a DEPOSIT from your CREDIT card. The deposit is a temporary hold. The deposit is refunded after leaving the property. The deposit amount may vary depending on the type of vehicle and the car rental company. Please check the deposit amount with the car rental company.

Car Segments

We try to show the most relevant vehicles in the fleet from the online service of the car rental company. When making a reservation, you reserve the car class in the desired segment in a controlled manner. This is a standard in the car rental industry. Please note that car rental companies do not GUARANTEE the exact make and model except for luxury cars (Ferrari etc.) or if they specifically state that they are "guaranteed models". When receiving the vehicle, you will receive a similar or better segment vehicle. Similar car means any car brand in the same car class. For example, if you book a mid-range car, you will get a Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Elantra, or a similar class car, but not an economy car, the Hyundai Accent.

Vehicle Buying Places

Welcome at the airport You can go to the car rental company counter in the terminal or follow your name at the airport exit.

Free shuttle to the pick-up location: A free shuttle will be provided from the airport to the car rental company's office. Some of the car rental companies have offices near the airport. You can take your vehicle to their office by shuttles to receive it. The free shuttle is usually available in a designated area outside the terminal.

Pickup/Delivery: The car rental company agent will meet you at the airport. Please note that they will call you or have you sign the company documents before the meeting.

Non Refundable Rates

When you book a rental car with a non-refundable rate, your prepayment will not be refunded even if you cancel your reservation or do not pick up the car. We show discounted promotional prices from car rental companies and pay the rental amount at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This has an opportunity cost when you cancel your reservation or do not pick up the car. Your prepayment to cover this cost is non-refundable. Non-refundable rates are widely practiced in the travel industry so that well-planned travelers can enjoy lower rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your reservation from our RENTCAR7 website or application. Please tap the reservation query icon on the top right of the home screen. Tap on the "Cancel Reservation" option under the Information tab, or enter your confirmation number and e-mail to Cancel via e-mail or WHATSAPP.

As we show rental cars from different car rental companies, the cancellation policy differs by car and company. After selecting the car you can find it under Terms and Conditions. Cancellations and changes must be made through rentcar7.

REFUND POLICY

RENTCAR7 does not refund the car rental fee in any of the following cases:

If the customer has not received the car.
If the customer did not arrive at the car rental counter on the day of delivery or arrived late or left the car ahead of schedule.
If the customer is unable to pick up the vehicle because some of his documents (driver's license, passport, credit card, debit card or other identification documents) do not comply with the terms and conditions of the car rental company. Please contact the car rental company in advance for specific information. Some of the car rental companies require an international driver's license.
If the customer is below the minimum age. The minimum age to rent a car at most car rental locations is 21 years old. Please contact the car rental company in advance for specific information about the driver ages at the location you are considering renting and the applicable fare for drivers aged 21 to 24.
If the customer is unable to provide a credit or debit card on behalf of the driver, or there is not enough money on the card to block a deposit. Car rental companies accept bank cards with supporting documents such as flight tickets, electricity bills. Car rental companies will not accept prepaid, prepaid or virtual credit cards, or any card that is not embossed with corresponding characters.
If the customer's credit score is not sufficient to rent a car.
If the customer has previously been blacklisted by the car rental company.
